Game Company

The Barrows is an extremely popular, challenging and harmful minigame within the massive video game company known as RuneScape. Many gamers make big bucks in the Barrows, however, many - the experienced Barrowers like myself - risk loosing millions price of products because of misfortune or otherwise being alert.

I'm Barrowing a great deal to get my mage and range levels to 99 (presently range 96, mage 97, combat 91). Barrowing is excellent mage training because the loots in the chest frequently provide me using the necessary runes to cast Magic Dart of Slayer (slayer lvl 55 needed). I've to date succeeded over 100 runs within the Barrows, and also have acquired greater than 3000 boltracks and bloodstream runes contributing to 8k chaos runes. I do not keep count of gp or mind runes, however i am never sold-out of needed runes.

Probably the most treasured loot I have become to date in the Barrows is:

* Torags Platebody

* 2 Guthans Helms (offered for several.35 mill gp each =))

* Veracs Helm

* Veracs Brassard

* Veracs Plateskirt

* Karils Skirt.

As well as all of the half keys - a minimum of 4.

Many people pray Protection against melee attacks and therefore do not have to hide and run like I actually do, they simply activate prayer and let their character autoattack having a magic spell they've set. So these gamers spend lots of prayer potions to complete from the siblings within the crypts. Whenever you enter among the crypts (spade needed) your prayer is going to be drained by roughly 10 every ten seconds approximately. With no sip of the prayer pot Barrows could be out of the question aside from individuals high levelled accounts.

My method of barrowing is extremely dangerous however it saves me expenses on prayer potions. I've got a moderately high combat lvl with 70 defense, however i only mage and range at Barrows when i have quit training melee altogether. This is a simple description of methods I actually do the Barrow runs.

I fill up with runes for entangle spells (79 magic needed) and magic dart spells (55 slayer needed). I do not use pray around the melee siblings whatsoever - I merely search their tomb and instantly entangle the brother that emerges. I Then elope a few squares and attack with magic dart. The tangle spell holds my foe towards the place for just a few seconds, lots of time to cast 4 magic darts. Prior to the tangle spell breaks I run behind the tomb and waits 5 seconds before Once more with a brand new entangle. Following a hold spell continues to be cast and worn out, your enemy is going to be safe from any hold spells for five seconds! Therefore you should keep the distance from physical connection with the melee siblings in case your prayer is off - their "holds" aren't just like the ones you receive in momma's arms =p

Completing the Melee siblings like I actually do is extremely dangerous. You must understand how you can hide behind the tombs the right way. I personally use a method that resembles "side-walking", two corners of every tomb give this possibility. Side walking can be used by high levels that fight close-up using the siblings - when they have to eat and collect yourself they've placed themselves in a corner from the chest so that once they just move one step removed from their foe which is stuck on a corner of the tomb.

I keep getting questions and comments on why I do not use Melee Prayer like everybody else. My primary thought was to reduce prayer containers and so i began using ancient magick. Again without praying melee. With my high magic level I'm able to use Ice barrage - it supports the enemy for 25 seconds and deals massive damage. Ancient Magick happens to be is extremely costly, and so i would begin with an Ice Barrage after which continue my attacks with Ice Bursts. I made profit anyway (guess I had been lucky with my lootings) - but I'd rather use my bloodstream runes for many proper pk'ing.

After a little experiments and testing I made the decision to carry on with Modern Magic rather, and haven't regretted since. The danger has elevated, however it only causes it to be more entertaning. Basically should die and loose my Ahrims mage outfit or Guthan helm - well I really hope the finder is going to be happy =p. To date I've been lucky - yesterday I acquired Veracs Plateskirt! Now I just have Veracs Flail for any full Verac set.

Aaaa! - the satisfaction of obtaining freebies! This happened on the day that when i got Veracs Skirt!

I had been in Dharoks tomb planning to consider him lower - of course with butterflies within my stomach - killing Dharok without melee prayer on is extremely Harmful (that guy can deal a minimum of 58 damage in a single hit when his health bar is negligable).

All of a sudden I visit a player getting massive blows to his character, game company Malaysia takes place so quickly he doesn't have opportunity to escape. And voila! On the floor may be the remains of the poor player - and just what riches he dropped! I selected up: Obsidian Shield, Black mystic bottom and top, 200 rune arrows, Berserker helm, black ranger set and so forth. My inventory was filled with lobs and that i regrettably needed to see a few of the things this poor player dropped being selected up by others when i could not gobble up them lobbies quick enough.

Having a recently "looted" obby shield along with a fresh Verac Plateskirt in inventory I made the decision to teleport to nearest bank and also have a break in the game. You don't need to test my luck further =P

Anyway - Dharok continues to be awaiting me in the Barrows.
